Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Zoom-Slack Integration App (“the App”), provided by Consulting Systems B.V. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The App is designed to send Zoom meeting notifications into a Slack channel to help sales managers manage and support their team more effectively.

You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
• Interfere with the operation of the App;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App;
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person or organization.

2. Account Authorization

To use the App, you must authorize access to your Zoom and Slack accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your authorized connection.

If you become aware of any unauthorized access or breach, please notify us immediately at [email protected].

3. Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We do not access or store any meeting content. Only metadata (such as meeting start time and participant info) is used to trigger Slack notifications.

4. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services, including Zoom and Slack. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms:

We are not responsible for the functionality or availability of third-party services.

5. Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll revise the “Effective Date” at the top. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.

6. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or if we are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your access tokens and any associated data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
